Cartagenitos aims to provide free information for anybody who wants to help under-privileged children in Cartagena. This is not a commercial website or an organisation that allocates volunteers for a fee. The information and contacts given on this website are for the use of those whom are interested in volunteering without paying a cent, or for travelers who are already in Cartagena and want to stay and make good use of their time here. You can help or volunteer in many different ways, it simply depends on you, your ideas and capabilities. We regret to say that our Volunteer Coordinator in Cartagena will be leaving in December 2009. Sadly, this means that there will no longer be a contact person for Cartagenitos in Colombia. If you wish to travel to Cartagena for volunteer purposes we encourage you to contact the relevant staff at the organisations listed on our website.
